Mike is like a kid in a candy store when it comes to his camera room and all the tools he uses to create his images.  While being a firm believer in the traditional lighting and posing that has paid the bills for years, he is constantly growing in his art and bringing new and edgy styles to mix it up.  If you know Mike, that’s the only way he can stay somewhat focused at work.  After almost 30 years, he has been fortunate enough to collect all different photography toys to play with (just ask Jess) ... which result in an amazing variety of images for his clients.  

 

Mike was recently awarded his PPA Craftsman Degree at Imaging USA.  He is a past President of Professional Photographers of Idaho, and is regarded by many as one of the best mentors in the industry.  He has had the privilege of teaching twice at Nationals with Professional Photographers of America, with several state organizations, Light Pro Expo, After Dark Edu and SYNC.  He is constantly giving back with his knowledge to his fellow photographers.

 

Jess joined Ridinger's in 1998. Running the business and photographing events. 10 years ago she joined Mike in photographing portraits. Her passion for their business and the relationships she creates really shows through her work. She loves to take clients on adventures and find new locations and experiences.
